Indeed it is possible to get a taste of history and sample the pioneering spirit from ‘Palestine’ of the first aliyah in the 1880’s to the Israel of the 21st century, without so much as a sip of wine!

There are many quality wineries for tourists that are looking for kosher wines. These have been divided into large, medium, small & boutique wineries.
Wineries with Visitors Centers

Wineries with visitor’s centers are listed in the article. Those that are kosher will not be open on Friday afternoons & Shabbat (Saturdays). They will also operate only for half a day on the eve of festivals.
